Insurance & Payment Information

While we are not a preferred provider for any insurance companies, we have many patients with a wide range of insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your claim on your behalf for reimbursement. Payment is always due in full at the time of service, and any payments made by your insurance provider will be reimbursed to you.

It’s important to note that dental insurance is not true "insurance." Instead, dental insurance providers act as fiduciaries, meaning they function more like a discount program rather than covering costs in full. Coverage and reimbursement can vary significantly between companies, and all insurance estimates are subject to plan details, maximums, and deductibles. Because of these variations, there is no guarantee that your insurance provider will cover certain services.

We encourage all patients to review their plan’s details carefully and reach out to their employer’s human resources department or insurance provider directly for any specific coverage questions.

Medicare & Medicaid

Please not, we do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid, but we are happy to welcome patients with these plans. However, payment will be due in full at the time of service.
